Fleet Managers and Company Directors
Your employees safety is paramount and driving is considered as potentially one of the most dangerous activities undertaken by most employees. The addition of a lion DS®-25 RS Interlock fitted to your company fleet vehicles will ensure that your business is taking the necessary measures to manage your duty of care obligations, taking into account any key risks relating to the driver, the vehicle and the journey. Under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act, driving any vehicle on company business, regardless of ownership, is subject to legislation.
A vehicle Interlock will protect your business, your staff, the public and your property. Many companies are ensuring that they have a robust alcohol and drugs policy in place and the lion DS®-25 RS Interlock will enable your business to meet its duty of care requirements and reduce the potential for being convicted of corporate manslaughter, should the unthinkable happen.
Ensure that you have taken the necessary steps to safeguard your organisation and personnel.
